All our units display information regarding safety and hygiene protocols to be conducted by the clients.
The driver avoids hand shaking but always remains courteous and warm.
Clients will be required to use hand sanitizer, take a temperature check and use a face mask. Same protocols apply for the unit driver.
The driver always has sanitizing gel available and provides it to clients before boarding and any time requested during the transfer.
The use of facemask is mandatory for the driver and for the clients during the transfer. Facemasks are mandatory ALL THE TIME.
No food or beverage is allowed during the transfer.
Units are regularly clean and decontaminate. Units go through a thorough cleaning & disinfection process before and after each transfer.
Sanitation and disinfection process apply to ALL TOUCH POINTS of the unit, both from the driver and from the clients.
To ensure the effective disinfection of the areas and based on the recommendations issued by the World Health Organization (WHO), we use high impact disinfectants to guarantee the disinfection on all areas and surfaces where our visitors and coworkers may have contact with.
