Terms and Conditions

The information contained in this  Website (www.land-savvy.com) has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about Land Savvy Tours & Transfers.

Your access to the Website is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and we therefore encourage you to read the Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Website. Please also see our Privacy page which explains how we treat your information Privacy Policy.

INDIVIDUAL TRANSFERS

  • Transfers services must be totally paid at least 3 business days prior arrival using PayPal to billing@land-savvy.com (please add 5% PayPal fee) or Zelle to boban_pejic@yahoo.com (please note underline between boban and pejic)
  • Extra charge may apply for any changes made after payment.
  • At time of hotel pick up we will apply a maximum of 15 minutes waiting time. After this time the driver will leave the location and service will be consider as a no show.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours to arrive are considered as a no show and no reimbursement will apply

 

GROUPS

  • For small groups (10 or less passengers) the transfers services must be paid in full at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. For larger groups (10+ passengers) transfers services must be paid in full at least 3 weeks prior to arrival.   • Please consider that all confirmed transfers might be subject to adjustments based on the following circumstances:
    • Flight changes, delays and-or cancellations.
    • Waiting times at immigration-luggage pick up or customs.
    • Any other circumstances that may affect the times for the passengers to be able to take our transfers.

*All of the above may or not incur in additional charge.

Groups Cancellation policies as follows:

  • SMALL GROUPS (10 or less passengers)
    • 13 – 10 days prior arrival: 75% reimbursement.
    • 9 – 7 days prior arrival: 50% reimbursement.
    • Less than 7 days: no reimbursement.
  • BIG GROUPS (10+ passengers)
    • 20 – 15 days prior arrival: 50% reimbursement.
    • 14 – 10 days prior arrival: 25% reimbursement.
    • Less than 10 days: no reimbursement.

  • CANCELLATIONS
    • For all the tours or activities cancellations will apply according to the outside vendors regulations.
    • Each provider has its own policies and procedures for cancellations. This apply to all the tours and activities.
